I don't understand why they're sold. I can't be the only person to notice they don't hold their position and instead become effectively useless and dangerous. It's not a bicycle mirror, it's an inaccurate facsimile of what the outside appearance might look like.
It serves me right for trying to avoid spending a lot of money on a mirror, though.
Can you recommend a decent one that can stay in a fixed position? The problem with both is the droopiness in the neck. The grip on the handlebar was itself adequate.
What harrowing adventures I get into! At least the bell works swell. :D
