I made a few beloved mini pumpkin pies while in New Zealand when I engineered a kiwi Thanksgiving feast for the benefit of a friend and housemates. Since becoming a vegan, I have been wary about whether I could create anything so good again. Behold a photo of a masterpiece! Details later.
