Sweet treats

The farmer's market has a cupcake vendor, Sweet Temptations, and they make a couple vegan chocolate cupcakes. One has vanilla icing, the other has chocolate icing. My friend R told them that Oreos were actually vegan after seeing one of their Oreo cupcakes, and that has inspired them to (next week!) bring an Oreo vegan cupcake to the market. I am excited! It will be nice to have some more variety.

Also, I often bake vegan chocolate chip cookies for others, and then get one or two. This week I felt like I wanted a treat to make me smile more, so I baked a huge cookie all for myself! No sharing! This is the last piece that remained. It was delicious.
